We are looking for a “Master Data and Process Management Specialist” in Çalık Enerji Headquarters – located in Istanbul.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferably in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or related fields,
• Experience in Industrial and Construction projects,
• Must have knowledge and relevancy in materials and services,
• Process knowledge inside cost control, warehouse and procurement,
• MS Office knowledge,
• Experience in SAP MM, SD Modules,
• Ability to communicate with various work groups and projects,
• Organized and detail oriented,
• Able and willing to travel worldwide,
• No military obligation for male candidates.

Job Description

• Responsible for creating and maintenance of mail data in the ERP system,
• Ensure that all data is clean ERP system,
• Manage to understand engineering BOQ and BOM, PO documents,
• Preparing, controlling and updating material legends, procedures,
• Check, map and classify the codes generated in the system using UNSPSC hierarchy,
• Collect material information from warehouse, requesters and projects,
• Run reports as needed of work groups and projects daily, weekly and monthly,
• Support requesters when needed,
• Creating material and services requests when needed.
