St. George Health & Wellness Group is seeking a Licensed Master Esthetician to join our integrated health‑care team. We are looking for a mature, self‑driven professional who is confident in their skills, committed to exceptional patient care, and motivated to build and maintain a strong clientele. Our clinic offers a supportive, multidisciplinary environment where esthetics, wellness, and medical services work together to provide comprehensive care.

Position Overview

The ideal candidate is a self‑starter who takes initiative, manages their schedule responsibly, and consistently follows established protocols. This role requires both technical expertise and strong interpersonal skills, as you will be working closely with patients, providers, and other members of our wellness team. A full patient database is available to help you quickly build your clientele, with opportunities for cross‑referrals from our integrated services.

Primary Responsibilities

• Perform a full range of esthetic services, including facials, advanced skin treatments, and laser procedures within scope of practice.
• Conduct thorough skin assessments and create individualized treatment plans for each client.
• Maintain accurate documentation, treatment notes, and follow‑up recommendations.
• Educate clients on skincare routines, products, and long‑term treatment strategies.
• Uphold all safety, sanitation, and compliance standards required in a clinical environment.
• Demonstrate strong initiative in managing your schedule, preparing treatment rooms, and ensuring smooth daily operations.
• Participate in cross‑department collaboration to support integrated patient care.
• Assist with occasional promotional events, patient education, and service‑based marketing efforts.

Qualifications

• Current Utah Master Esthetician License in good standing.
• Experience with facials, advanced skincare modalities, and laser treatments.
• Strong communication and customer‑service skills with a professional, mature demeanor.
• Self‑motivated, dependable, and able to work independently without constant supervision.
• Comfortable following established procedures and maintaining a high standard of care.
• Ability to build rapport quickly and retain clients through excellent service.
• Prior experience in a medical or integrated wellness setting is preferred but not required.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $18.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 1 – 40 per week
