Master Esthetician

Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Master Esthetician with 10+ years to lead our team in delivering exceptional skincare, beauty, and wellness services. As a Master Esthetician, you will serve as a key leader within our salon and med spa environment, combining advanced technical expertise with management capabilities to elevate the client experience. Your passion for beauty, dedication to customer service, and comprehensive knowledge of esthetic treatments will drive both client satisfaction and team success. Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of advanced esthetic treatments including radio frequency, red light therapy, Cryo face & Neck treatment along with Cryo Slimming .
• Manage daily spa operations with a focus on guest services, ensuring every client receives personalized attention and outstanding care.
• Lead and mentor team members in technical skills such as advanced treatments, training on newest service & maintain high standards of quality.
• Oversee retail sales efforts by demonstrating product demos, upselling treatments and products effectively to maximize revenue opportunities. Alongwith selling service packages and maintaining client retention.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with health regulations while ensuring a safe environment for clients and staff.
• Utilize spa software (Mangomint) for appointment scheduling, client records management, and sales tracking.
• Help in developing social media management strategies to promote services, special offers, and client engagement while building brand loyalty online.
• Take part in ongoing training on new treatments such as procedures to stay on the forefront of industry trends.
• Valid esthetician license with extensive experience in advanced skincare treatments .
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate clients about treatment options for their skin type & best results
• Knowledge of sanitation protocols and safety standards required for all treatments and other clinical procedures.
