Master Esthetician

Suite Skin Aesthetic & Wellness Center is seeking an experienced, passionate, and client-focused Esthetician to join our growing team.

This is a part-time position, approximately 2–3 days per week, with Saturday availability required.

Responsibilities:

• Perform customized facial treatments based on each client’s skin concerns and goals
• Conduct thorough skin consultations and treatment planning
• Perform extractions safely and effectively
• Provide Hydrafacial treatments
• Perform microneedling treatments (within scope and training requirements)
• Educate clients on skincare products and home care regimens
• Maintain treatment rooms, supplies, and sanitation standards
• Deliver exceptional customer service and help build long-term client relationships
• Assist with front desk and administrative responsibilities as needed
• Answer phones, respond to text messages, and assist with appointment scheduling
• Confirm appointments and follow up with prospective and existing clients
• Maintain accurate client records and treatment notes
• Assist with inventory management, retail sales, and product merchandising
• Support daily spa operations and ensure a seamless client experience

Qualifications:

• Active New York State Esthetics License
• Minimum 4 years of hands-on esthetics experience preferred
• Experience with custom facials, extractions, Hydrafacial, and microneedling
• Strong retail and product recommendation skills
• Comfortable with both treatment-based and administrative responsibilities
• Professional, reliable, self-motivated, and team-oriented
• Excellent communication and customer service skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge and experience with iS Clinical and Environ skincare products is a plus
• Experience working in a medical spa or results-driven skincare environment

Pay: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 – 24 per week
