Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of esthetic treatments including esthetic laser hair removal, microdermabrasion, chemical peels, hydrodermabrasion etc.
• Deliver personalized skincare consultations to recommend suitable treatments and product solutions tailored to each client’s needs.
• Maintain the highest standards of sanitation and hygiene in all treatment areas, adhering strictly to health regulations.
• Conduct product demonstrations and educate clients on skincare routines, retail products, and new treatment options to enhance their experience.
• Provide exceptional customer service by creating a friendly, professional atmosphere that encourages repeat visits and positive reviews.
• Assist with retail sales by promoting products that complement treatments and meet client needs effectively.
• Support team efforts by participating in ongoing training sessions to stay current with industry trends and advanced techniques.

Requirements

• Valid Esthetics license recognized by state or local authorities.
• Proven experience in laser hair removal treatments, microdermabrasion, chemical peels etc.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly explain procedures and skincare advice to clients.
• Knowledge of sanitation protocols and commitment to maintaining a clean work environment at all times.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent customer service with a positive attitude.
• Ability to perform retail sales effectively by educating clients about products during treatments.
• Flexibility to work varied hours including evenings and weekends as needed.
