K-ARI is a fast growing Korean facial bar specializing in affordable, results driven skincare. We are seeking licensed estheticians who are professional, reliable, and passionate about delivering consistent, high-quality services.

Responsibilities

• Perform facial services in accordance with K-ARI protocols and training
• Provide a professional, welcoming, and consistent experience for every client
• Educate clients on treatments, skincare routines, and product recommendations
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of treatment rooms
• Work collaboratively with front desk staff and other estheticians
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and service standards

Requirements

• Active Esthetician License (required)
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Weekend availability required (Fridays and Saturdays)
• Willingness to follow systems, protocols, and scheduling requirements

Schedule Expectations

• Consistent availability is required
• Fridays and Saturdays are priority shifts
• Coverage is required if you are unable to attend a scheduled shift
