Job Title: Master Plan Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Coordinate mechanical systems (HVAC, Plumbing, Firefighting, BMS) for Design Integration.
• Review mechanical schematics, layouts, and provisions for design submissions.
• Work with consultants and internal technical teams to resolve technical issues.
• Liaise with utility providers and ensure compliance with project design specs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
• Minimum 15+ years' experience in mechanical system design & review.
• Storing knowledge of mechanical code compliance and system integration.
• Fluency in mechanical technical documentation and review protocols.
• Fluency in Local Language and English is Mandatory
• Candidates with Egyptian Nationality Preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in multi-purpose or large-scale commercial buildings.

• MEP coordination on behalf of project management or client teams.
