Job Description


We are seeking a motivated and technically strong Master Planner with 5–7 years of professional experience to support master planning and urban design projects. The role involves developing planning layouts, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and assisting with authority submissions, particularly within the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare master planning layouts, land-use plans, and urban design drawings

  • Develop drawings and technical packages using Revit and AutoCAD

  • Support preparation of MPLS (Master Plan Local Submission) and related authority submission documents

  • Assist in coordination and follow-up for planning approvals with UAE authorities

  • Collaborate closely with engineers, architects, landscape designers, and other disciplines

  • Conduct site analysis, zoning reviews, and development control checks

  • Prepare presentations, diagrams, and reports using Adobe Creative Suite

  • Incorporate authority comments and revise plans accordingly

  • Support senior planners in project delivery from concept to approval stages


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Urban Planning, Architecture, or a related field

  • 5–7 years of relevant master planning or urban design experience

  • Strong working knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite

  • Good technical understanding of MPLS and planning documentation

  • Some experience with UAE planning approvals (Dubai and/or Abu Dhabi preferred)

  • Ability to coordinate effectively with engineers and multidisciplinary teams

  • Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills

  • Experience working in the UAE or GCC region

  • Familiarity with Dubai and Abu Dhabi planning regulations and authority processes

  • Ability to work on multiple projects under tight deadlines
