Master Planner and business controller

• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in production planning, supply chain, or manufacturing operations, with at least 1 years in a business controlling or cost analysis role.
• Proven experience in Master Production Scheduling (MPS) and working with S&OP processes.
• Strong background in WIP inventory management, waste control, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Hands-on expertise in using ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and advanced Excel or Power BI tools.
• Demonstrated ability to align operations with financial systems and support planning-related audits or reconciliations.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Manufacturing, or a related field is required.
• Master’s degree (MBA or MSc) in Industrial management, Operations, Supply Chain is preferred.

Professional Certifications (Preferred but not mandatory):

• APICS Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM)
• Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP)
• Lean Six Sigma (Green or Black Belt)
• Certification in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) is a plus( work experience is mandatory)
