Are you a proactive, detail-driven planner with a passion for operational excellence and supply chain efficiency? If so, we want you to join our dynamic team as a Master Scheduler.

Job Summary

  • Work with management to ensure that production schedules are fully executable—accurately integrating costs, tooling, programming, and resource requirements.
  • Collaborate across departments to create schedules that optimize resources and meet customer demands.
  • Compare current and future orders against inventory; anticipate material needs and initiate replenishment.
  • Integrate sales orders and forecasts into the master schedule.
  • Maintain and revise the master distribution schedule; communicate changes proactively to key stakeholders.
  • Lead and participate in forecasting and planning meetings with sales, marketing, production, shipping, purchasing, and customer service.
  • Identify, reconcile, and resolve production schedule discrepancies daily.
  • Adjust schedule in real time to address unexpected issues or constraints.
  • Ensure all production personnel have clear, accurate direction to meet customer requirements.
  • Maintain reporting systems and documentation with high accuracy and timeliness.
  • Manage MRP and scheduling parameters in Epicor.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

What You Bring to the Table
  • Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of experience in Operations/Manufacturing, Project Management, Supply Chain, or Industrial Engineering
  • (OR 4+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree).
  • 5+ years of experience with Epicor and MRP systems.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain and production workflows.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organization, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with production planning systems (Epicor strongly preferred).
  • Ability to problem-solve in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

What We Offer
  • Comprehensive Training & Career Growth Opportunities
  • 100% Company-Paid Medical and Dental Coverage
  • Company-Paid Life and Disability Insurance
  • 401(k) with up to 4% Matching
