Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Entry Level Supervisor to join our team. Responsibilities

• Supervise and support staff in the delivery of services to individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Ensure compliance with medical documentation standards, including maintaining accurate medical records and adhering to HIPAA regulations.
• Conduct diagnostic evaluations and assessments as needed.
• Assist in data collection and analysis to monitor progress and outcomes.
• Provide training and guidance on best practices in special education and applied behavior analysis.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop individualized plans for clients.
• Foster a supportive environment for staff, encouraging professional development and teamwork.

Skills

• Knowledge of medical documentation practices and experience with medical records management.
• Familiarity with HIPAA regulations to ensure client confidentiality.
• Strong understanding of diagnostic evaluation processes.
• Experience working with children, particularly those with developmental disabilities.
• Proficient in data collection methods relevant to behavioral analysis and special education.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with staff, clients, and families.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment while also demonstrating leadership capabilities.
