What You Will Do:

  • Coordinate production hardware through shop floor and various departments and provide status to the team.
  • Attend department meetings, manage actions and conduct follow-up with owners
  • Work with internal customers such as engineering, Quality, shop floor, shipping and receiving, and other departments.
  • Act as liaison between program and other departments supporting operations.
  • Aid the operations lead, as the operations focal on the floor in helping to prioritize hardware.
  • Coordinate with shop floor technicians and supervisors to help expedite hardware through to shipping.
  • May need to provide weekend support for items that require quick customer turnaround.
  • Create daily Work in Progress and shipping reports.
  • Provide Line of Balance to program managers showing estimated ship dates.


What You Will Bring:

  • HS diploma with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience and or GED.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in both electronic and verbal business communication is required.
  • Experience with SAP, or other MRP system, strongly preferred
  • Self-driven to proactively communicate status to customers and OEM’s and manage material requirement.
  • The ability to manage multiple high priority tasks simultaneously and accurately track status to coordinate between customers and internal stakeholders.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Excel.
  • Due to the nature of the work, all candidates must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident.


Pay Range:
$28.50 to $38.50 per hour


Compensation decisions are made based on factors including experience, skills, education, and other job-related factors, in accordance with our internal pay structure. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plan.


FT Temporary - Duration: 6 Months

Work Requirements:

This role is considered an on-site position located in Troy, OH


  • You must be able to commute to and from the location with your own transportation arrangements to meet the required working hours.
  • Shop floor environment, which may include but not limited to extensive walking, and ability to lift up to 40 lbs.


Travel requirements:
Due to the nature of the work, zero travel is required.


Citizenship requirement:
Due to the nature of the work, U.S. citizenship is required.
