Key Responsibilities
1. Bill of Materials (BOM) Management
- Create, update, and maintain accurate BOMs in Odoo.
- Validate quantities, versions, and product structures.
- Work closely with Production & Engineering teams on BOM revisions.
2. Manufacturing Orders (MO) Processing
- Create and manage Manufacturing Orders in Odoo.
- Ensure availability of materials and report shortages.
- Track MO progress and close completed orders.
- Resolve issues related to consumption, scrap, and routing.
3. Product Coding & Master Data Management
- Generate standardized product codes (raw materials, WIP, finished goods).
- Maintain product master data: descriptions, UoM, categories, attributes, and costing.
- Ensure compliance with internal product coding standards.
4. Inventory Audit & Stock Reconciliation
- Verify physical stock received from warehouse teams.
- Compare physical stock with Odoo system records.
- Identify variances and investigate discrepancies.
- Prepare stock adjustment requests for management approval.
- Support weekly cycle counts and annual inventory audits.
5. Data Accuracy & ERP Support
- Conduct routine checks on BOMs, product data, and stock movements.
- Provide basic Odoo transaction support to warehouse staff.
- Report recurring errors or system inconsistencies for corrective actions.
Qualifications & Skills
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Inventory Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience with Odoo Inventory & Manufacturing modules (highly preferred).
- Strong understanding of stock control, material movement, and ERP processes.
- Proficient in Excel and ERP data entry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to collaborate with Production, Warehouse, and Purchasing departments.
- Experience 3 to 7 years of experience.

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
