Material Planner

This position will be a contract position and will be located in Aurora, NC. This is NOT a remote position.

About the Role:

As a Maintenance Support Reactive Planner, you will be at the heart of our operations, ensuring that maintenance activities run smoothly and efficiently. Your expertise in Oracle, Excel, and PDF management will empower you to coordinate and expedite materials, keeping our projects on track and delivering top-notch results.

What You'll Do:

Plan and schedule reactive maintenance activities with precision and agility.

Utilize Oracle to track work orders, update job statuses, and maintain accurate records.

Develop and manage Excel spreadsheets to analyze maintenance data, forecast needs, and optimize resource allocation.

Create, edit, and manage PDF documents for work orders, reports, and communication.

Expedite material procurement and delivery to minimize downtime and ensure timely completion of tasks.

Collaborate closely with maintenance teams, suppliers, and management to streamline processes.

Identify opportunities for continuous improvement within maintenance planning and support functions.

What We're Looking For:

Strong hands-on experience with Oracle ERP systems (maintenance modules a big plus!).

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis).

Comfortable working with PDF tools to produce clear, professional documentation.

Proven ability to manage materials proactively and effectively expedite procurement cycles.

Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.

A problem-solving mindset with the flexibility to react swiftly to changing priorities.

Prior experience in maintenance planning, support, or a related field is highly valued.
