What you’ll be doing:


  • Analyze production schedules and demand forecasts to determine raw material requirements.
  • Generate and manage purchase requisitions and orders to ensure timely delivery of materials.
  • Monitor and adjust raw material demands based on changes in production schedules.
  • Monitor and adjust material demands based on customer orders, current stock levels and forecast.
  • Maintain optimal inventory levels to prevent shortages or overstock situations.
  • Track and manage inventory performance metrics, such as turnover rates and safety stock levels.
  • Conduct regular inventory reconciliations and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Collaborate with procurement teams to ensure supplier reliability and on-time delivery.
  • Ensure the availability of raw materials to support production schedules and avoid downtime.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to address material shortages or delays.
  • Participate in demand and supply planning meetings to align material availability.

What we’d love for you to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in supply planning, reporting, or supply chain roles.
  • Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems. MRP knowledge is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel Macro knowledge is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into high-level analysis and planning.
  • Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
  • Residing in or willing to relocate to Ankara.
