Materials Controller

We’re Hiring: Material Controller

Join our fabrication team and play a key role in keeping production running smoothly and efficiently.

Reporting to: Materials Manager

As a Material Controller , you will be the backbone of our material flow—managing inventory, coordinating deliveries, and ensuring our production teams always have what they need to perform at their best.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in inventory management (preferred)
• Solid understanding of inventory procedures and material handling
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills

Minimum Experience

• 2+ years in a similar role, ideally within the Fabrication or Manufacturing industry

Key Responsibilities

Inventory Management

• Monitor and control material inventory levels
• Perform regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies

Material Handling

• Organize and maintain efficient storage areas
• Manage safe and timely material movement across the facility

Delivery Coordination

• Schedule, track, and follow up on material deliveries to meet production timelines

Quality Control

• Inspect incoming materials to ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance

Documentation

• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records of all material transactions and inventory levels
