**About the Opportunity**

Are you a meticulous and proactive individual with a passion for optimizing supply chain operations? We are seeking a dynamic Material Planner & Support professional to join our client's logistics team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the seamless flow of materials crucial for the production of high-demand consumer products. Your expertise will directly impact manufacturing efficiency, cost management, and the ability to consistently meet customer needs. **What You'll Do**

As a key member of the logistics and supply chain team, you will:

* Execute material requirement plans to guarantee the availability of supplies and work-in-process inventory, directly supporting production schedules.

* Maintain precise planning information for critical supplies within enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, ensuring data accuracy for material and product changes.

* Proactively manage supply changes to align with business plans and minimize material obsolescence.

* Coordinate supply production with packaging and design timelines, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.

* Engage with external partners to synchronize schedules and prioritize needs, preventing supply constraints and ensuring exceptional customer service.

* Contribute to and lead special projects focused on enhancing logistics and supply chain processes.

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* Bachelor's degree in Logistics/Supply Chain, Business, or a related field. (Will consider a high school diploma with strong, relevant experience.)

* Demonstrated thoroughness and exceptional attention to detail.

* Proven ability to organize resources, analyze alternatives, and make effective decisions.

* Strong communication skills, a track record of achieving results, and the ability to build trusted relationships.

* Willingness to challenge existing processes and facilitate diverse perspectives to drive innovative solutions.

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**

* Experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.

* Working knowledge of supply chain interactions and dynamics.

* Proficiency with common office productivity applications.

* A keen interest in data analytics.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $22 to $25. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
