Client will arrange work visa and provide relocation within UAE

PURPOSE OF THE POSITION


The Maternity Nurse will provide specialized care for a newborn within a private royal household. The role focuses on supporting the baby's early development, health, and wellbeing while guiding and assisting the mother through the postnatal period. Responsibilities include establishing routines for feeding, sleeping, and hygiene, monitoring the infant's development, and ensuring a safe, nurturing, and calm environment. Discretion, professionalism, and the highest standards of care are essential for working within a VVIP environment.


Qualifications / Licenses

  • Recognized qualification as a Maternity Nurse, Registered Nurse, or equivalent (NICU /paediatric training highly regarded)
  • First Aid and Infant CPR certification
  • Fluent in English;
  • Fluent in Tagalog


EXPERIENCE & SKILLS


  • Minimum 3 years' experience as a maternity nurse, neonatal nurse, or in a nanny role specializing in newborns
  • Demonstrated ability to manage feeding schedules, sleep training, and infant routines
  • Knowledge of postnatal recovery support for mothers
  • Skilled in monitoring and recording the baby's health, behaviour, and developmental milestones
  • Discreet, professional, and able to work in a high-profile household with cultural sensitivity
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with parents and household staff
  • ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES


    • Provide round-the-clock care for the newborn, including feeding, changing, bathing, and soothing
    • Establish healthy sleeping and feeding routines tailored to the family's preferences
    • Monitor the baby's growth, health, and wellbeing, reporting any concerns promptly
    • Maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic environment for the infant at all times
    • Advise and support the mother on postnatal recovery, breastfeeding (if required), and baby care practices
    • Maintain strict confidentiality and uphold palace protocols and standards of service
    • Work closely with other household staff to ensure seamless care and smooth household operations
    • Travel with the family as required


    SALARY

    Up to AED 6,000 per month (tax free in UAE)
