Maternity Nurse- Nauru Deployment

Country Location: Republic of Nauru

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Maternity Nurse to provide care for mothers and newborns in a culturally diverse, resource-limited setting. You will play a vital role in ensuring safe deliveries and quality maternal care in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide prenatal, intrapartum, and postnatal nursing care
• Assist midwives and obstetricians during labor and delivery
• Monitor maternal and fetal health
• Educate mothers on breastfeeding, newborn care, and postpartum recovery
• Support family-centered maternity care practices
• Maintain accurate patient records and follow hygiene protocols

Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse (RN) license with maternity, obstetric, or midwifery experience
• Minimum 2 years working in maternity or labor and delivery units
• Training in neonatal resuscitation and maternal emergency care (preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt to remote and culturally diverse environments
