Outpatient Nurse- Nauru Deployment

Country Location: Republic of Nauru

We are seeking a qualified and organized Outpatient Nurse to support day-to-day patient care in the outpatient department. This is a key frontline role ensuring quality care and smooth clinic operations for the Nauruan community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care to patients attending outpatient clinics
• Assist physicians with examinations, minor procedures, and follow-ups
• Triage patients, take vital signs, and administer medications
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure proper patient flow
• Educate patients on medications, chronic disease management, and preventive care
• Support infection control and clinical quality standards

Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse (RN) with valid licensure
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in outpatient or ambulatory care
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
• Experience in primary care or chronic disease management is an asset
• Culturally sensitive and adaptable to remote healthcare environments
