About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate individual to join our team as a Math Learning Center Manager at Mathnasium in Charlotte, NC. As the leading math-only learning center in the country, we are dedicated to helping children excel in math and love learning.


Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of the learning center
• Supervise and support a team of math instructors
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new students
• Conduct assessments and create customized learning plans for students
• Communicate with parents about student progress

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in education, mathematics, or related field
• Prior experience in education or management role
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Passion for math education and helping students succeed
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
