The ideal candidate will be committed to fostering a love for mathematics among young learners and equipped with the skills to create an interactive and inspiring educational environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement tailored lesson plans that cater to the diverse learning needs of students in the Primary Stage.
• Engage students through stimulating activities that promote exploration, experimentation, and problem-solving in mathematics.
• Monitor and assess student progress, providing meaningful feedback to guide their learning journey.
• Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages participation and collaboration among students.
• Communicate effectively with parents to keep them informed about their child’s progress and any areas of concern.
• Incorporate various teaching aids and technologies to enhance students' understanding and appreciation of math.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and collaborate with colleagues to refine teaching practices.
• Contribute to school-wide initiatives and activities that promote an overall positive educational experience for students.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field.
• Teaching qualification with a focus on Primary Education is preferred.
• Experience teaching mathematics at the primary level is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of effective teaching strategies and a passion for fostering a love for math in young learners.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• A commitment to student-centered learning and continuous professional growth.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and engage with parents and the community.
