Math Tutor

London Educational Centre is a respected and expanding institution dedicated to delivering high-quality education with a strong emphasis on personalized learning. We are seeking passionate and experienced Math Tutors to join our growing team in Doha.

Key Responsibilities:

Student-Centered Instruction

• Identify individual student learning objectives and tailor lesson plans accordingly.
• Deliver engaging and customized tutoring sessions, including for VIP and premium clients.
• Stay updated with modern teaching methodologies, tools, and trends.
• Connect mathematical concepts to real-life applications.
• Collaborate with parents and academic staff to monitor student progress.
• Contribute to promotional activities, including social media educational content.
• Represent LEC at public events and high-level stakeholder engagements.

Academic Delivery & Support

• Conduct interactive lessons that simplify complex topics.
• Assist students with homework, assignments, and exam preparation.
• Incorporate revision strategies to reinforce learning.
• Provide timely, constructive feedback to support student achievement.

Communication & Collaboration

• Work with fellow tutors to share best practices and ensure quality delivery.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and motivating learning environment.
• Prepare and submit regular student progress reports.
• Communicate effectively with parents, providing updates and addressing concerns.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years’ teaching experience with Grades 10–12 under IGCSE or A-Level.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics.
• Strong skills in lesson planning, communication, and presentation.
• Positive, flexible, and student-focused teaching style.
• Highly motivated, with the ability to work independently and in teams.
• Fluency in English is mandatory; Arabic is an advantage.
• Must hold a valid QID.

Working Schedule:

• Days: Saturday to Thursday (Friday off)
• Timings: 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM
