MBA Management Trainee – Sales & Marketing (Paid Internship)

Job Description

We are looking for motivated MBA Freshers to join our team as Business Development Trainees. This is a paid, on-site internship where candidates will gain hands-on exposure to IT services sales, marketing, and product support, with an opportunity for PPO based on performance.

Sales & Business Development

• Identify potential leads and target market segments
• Support outreach activities via email, LinkedIn, and calls
• Assist in scheduling demo calls and client presentations
• Maintain CRM records and track the sales pipeline

Marketing & Branding

• Assist in creating marketing content (social media posts, pitch decks, landing pages)
• Support email marketing and campaign execution
• Analyze competitors and collect market intelligence

Product & Market Support

• Conduct basic user research and gather customer feedback
• Coordinate with product teams for feature testing and user journey analysis
• Document requirements and improvement suggestions
• Track KPIs and prepare performance reports
