MEA product & presales Supervisor

Job Description:

• Responsible for the local certification and testing of photovoltaic (PV) products in the Middle East and Africa, ensuring compliance with regional standards and regulatory requirements. Coordinate with third-party laboratories to manage testing procedures and guarantee product qualification for local market entry.

• Manage and provide technical support for distributed PV products in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region, developing technical solutions and offering product optimization and localization recommendations tailored to different market needs.

• Provide pre-sales technical support, assisting clients with PV project design, system configuration, and energy yield simulation. Conduct BOS (Balance of System) and LCOE (Levelized Cost of Energy) analyses, and handle panfile generation and related technical issues to ensure design accuracy and project feasibility.

• Conduct market research and product requirement analysis for PV products in the MENA region, gathering and evaluating information on regional policies, competitive landscapes, and customer needs to support product strategy development and market expansion decisions.

Skill Requirement:

1. Over 3 years of professional experience in the photovoltaic (PV) industry, with comprehensive knowledge of PV modules, system design, and market applications. Deep understanding of industry technology trends and the specific characteristics of the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) markets.

2. Strong communication and cross-cultural collaboration skills, capable of effectively supporting international technical discussions and customer engagement.

3. Proficient in professional PV design and simulation software such as PVSyst, with the ability to independently perform PV plant system design, energy yield simulation, and performance optimization.

4. Experienced in handling PV product certification processes across the MENA region; well-versed in local testing standards, regulatory compliance requirements, and coordination of certification documentation and testing procedures.
