Job Description:

As a Supply&Procurement Planner , you will decide where and how to produce with an environmental and total cost of ownership mindset, respond to demand variations, and provide the best supply flexibility .

Define Procurement Policy and Long-Term Supply Strategy

Prepare Next Season’s Procurement and Supply Strategy (OPE)

Ensure Smooth Procurement Execution During the Season (EXE)

Qualifications:

• Holding a Bachelor's Degree
• An excellent command of written and spoken English
• Having min 2 years of experience in relevant positions (Demand/Production/Purchasing/Procurement)
• Strong in skills;

Responsibilities:

• Build and implement a 2–3 year procurement policy at zone level and communicate and validate with stakeholders
• Build Tactical Planning at a supermodel level interacting with Sports & Production and referencing the correct Industrial Process for each new supermodel.
• Respecting the Tactical Planning milestones and providing Industrial Feasibility feedback to sports teams.
• Co-develop contingency and recovery plans in case of major supply disruptions, in collaboration with relevant teams.
• Lead Operational S&OP Process(where and how to purchase) in collaboration with Sports, Production and Suppliers and update it if needed before the season
• Decide next season’s procurement and supply solutions at model level by aligning to the procurement policy.
• Define model-level where to purchase in an eTCO mindset to balance availability, profitability, and agility aligned with the procurement policy.
• Lead in-season procurement execution to ensure product availability and business continuity.
• Monitor and respond to real-time demand, supply, or pricing alerts at model level in coordination with key partners.
• Co-arbitrate capacity and component conflicts with the goal of zero destruction and minimal disruption.
• Adjust procurement actions based on actual sales performance, production constraints and operational signals to secure availability and profitability.
• Use digital tools (e.g., dashboards, planning systems) to monitor KPI and anticipate risks and to support efficiency.
• Apply a problem-solving mindset to resolve recurring in-season issues and contribute to continuous improvement of execution processes.
