IT Procurement Specialist

Freedom Yatırım Menkul Değerler A.Ş. is the prospective brokerage firm of Freedom Holding, a dynamic and rapidly growing financial services company operating in the banking, brokerage, and insurance sectors, now preparing to launch operations in Türkiye.

As part of our strategic expansion across the MENAT region, we are seeking an experienced and proactive team member for the position of IT Procurement Specialist to join our İstanbul, Türkiye office.

Responsibilities

• Communicating with suppliers of equipment and IT services, drawing up purchase orders, supporting transactions;
• Working with contracts for the supply of equipment;
• Receiving, coordinating requests for purchasing equipment from users;
• Receiving, checking the integrity and compliance of incoming inventories with the documentation;
• Supervising the work related to loading, unloading and placement of inventory in the warehouse;
• Placement of inventory in storage places, sorting by type, size, and other characteristics;
• Labeling and entering equipment into the database;
• Issuance of equipment to the company's employees in accordance with the regulations;
• Receiving equipment from employees, checking its working capacity;
• Assistance in equipping workplaces for employees;
• Keeping warehouse records, reporting documentation on the movement of inventory items, conducting inventories;
• Participation in the commission for utilization and write-off of inventory items;
• Interaction with company departments, courier services, suppliers, service centers, business center management companies;
• Compliance with the requirements for the handling of equipment, safety, fire protection;
• Maintaining cleanliness and order in the warehouse;
• Fulfillment of individual service assignments of his/her direct supervisor;
• Interaction with other IT departments for joint planning/ maintenance/ approval of office technical project documentation;
• Work in several directions branches;
• Participation in technical preparation of new offices of the Holding Company, control of plans and works of contracting organizations from the side of DIT responsibility areas in the direction of IT infrastructure.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years experience as a Procurement specialist.
• Advanced level of English
• Knowledge of the rules of accounting, storage, movement of material values in the warehouse, as well as the rules of registration of accompanying documents for it;
• Responsibility and careful attitude to equipment;
• Experience with accounting programs.
