Job Purpose

We are hiring a Mechanic responsible for inspecting, testing, repairing, and preparing motorbike spare parts to ensure they meet company quality standards before being sold, photographed, packed, or dispatched. This role supports workshop efficiency while maintaining safety and quality in handling mechanical components.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect motorbike spare parts to identify faults, wear, or damage
• Test mechanical components including engines, suspension, brake systems, and electrical parts
• Verify authenticity and quality of parts before approval for sale or stock
• Perform basic repairs, adjustments, and refurbishing of motorbike parts
• Clean mechanical components using appropriate tools and chemicals
• Replace damaged or worn-out parts upon supervisor approval
• Maintain workshop tools and equipment (compressors, lifts, grinders, etc.)
• Coordinate with packing, photography, and warehouse teams for parts movement
• Tag and label parts after inspection or repair
• Report defective or unusable parts to the Workshop Supervisor
• Maintain daily work logs and parts processing records

Skills & Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience as a mechanic (motorbike experience preferred)
• Strong knowledge of motorbike mechanical and electrical components
• Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Physically fit and able to handle heavy parts
• Basic communication skills and ability to follow instructions

Working Conditions

• Workshop environment with exposure to noise, grease, oil, and chemicals
• Requires standing for long hours and physical stamina

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: As per experience
• Overtime / Incentives: As applicable
• Weekly off and benefits as per UAE labor law
