Fleet Technician

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Fleet Technician to join our team. The primary objective of this role is to ensure the effective maintenance and repair of our fleet vehicles, minimizing downtime and ensuring safety and efficiency in operations. Schedule 12pm-10:30pm 4/10 schedule. 

Key Responsibilities

• Perform engine diagnostics and troubleshoot issues with fleet vehicles.
• Conduct regular fleet maintenance to keep vehicles in optimal condition.
• Repair and maintain brake systems, electrical systems, and suspension systems as needed.
• Assist with transmission repairs and preventive maintenance tasks.
• Diagnose HVAC system issues and perform necessary repairs.
• Utilize tools and equipment effectively to carry out repairs and maintenance activities.
• Document all maintenance and repair work performed on fleet vehicles.
• Collaborate with team members to improve maintenance processes and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in engine diagnostics and fleet maintenance.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of brake systems, electrical systems, and suspension systems is preferred.
• Experience with transmission repair and preventive maintenance is a plus.
• Familiarity with HVAC systems and troubleshooting techniques.
• Ability to use a variety of tools and equipment safely and effectively.
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus.
