Mechanic

Job Summary

The mechanic completes inspection, maintenance and repairs on trucks, trailers, forklifts, pickups, and other heavy-duty vehicles. Technicians will keep track of important system components such as engines, transmissions, brake systems, electrical cooling systems and steering systems. Hours are 7:00am-5pm M-F and occasional Saturdays.

Experience

• Truck/trailer maintenance
• Brakes
• Hydraulics/pneumatics
• Field mechanics
• Repairs/PMs
• Diagnostic for both electric and mechanical
• Troubleshooting
• AC
• Oil changes
• Tire maintenance
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Education Requirements

Current valid driver’s license and safe driving record, Air Conditioning/Brake Certification a plus, CDL a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $30.00 per hour
