Mechanic - Commercial Vehicles

Key Responsibilities – Commercial Vehicle and Bus Maintenance, Customer Service & Technical Support

• Carry out diagnostics, servicing, maintenance, and repairs on commercial vehicles and buses, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Engage directly with clients to understand vehicle issues, communicate technical findings, and explain recommended solutions in clear, non-technical language.

Required Skills – Selling Skills, Technical Knowledge, and Communication

• Strong technical knowledge in the diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of commercial vehicles and bus systems, including mechanical, electrical, and diagnostic components.

• Relevant technical qualification in automotive engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience working with commercial vehicles and/or buses in a technical, service, or maintenance capacity is required.
• Previous exposure to customer-facing or sales roles within an automotive or commercial vehicle environment is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with diagnostic equipment, maintenance planning, and modern vehicle systems (including hybrid/electric buses) is an advantage.
