Mechanical AutoCAD Draftsman & Document Controller - With Experience in Fire Fighting

• Draftsman with only Mechanical Engineering Background need to apply
• Create technical drawing using Autocad /Solidworks
• Knowledge in P & ID drawings & project documentation
• Interpret and analyze design sketches, specifications, and other inputs from engineers
• Ensure all drawings comply with project standards, regulations, and CAD drafting practices
• Maintain organized CAD files and drawing records for easy access and reference.
• Coordinate with project engineers or architects for design clarifications and updates
• Manage the flow, tracking, and distribution of incoming and outgoing documents (e.g., drawings, submittals, transmittals, RFQs)
• Create and maintain project documentation logs & ensure documents are properly categorized, indexed, filed, and archived in both physical and digital formats.
• Liaise with internal teams, consultants, and contractors to ensure timely submission and receipt of documentation.
• Support project audits and ensure document control compliance with company and client standards.

Skills

• Extensive working knowledge of CAD software, such as AutoCAD or SolidWorks, to be able to prepare technical drawings efficiently
• Ability to analyze design sketches and specifications to create technical drawings
• Strong attention to detail to ensure drawings are accurate according to specifications
• Communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of engineering practices and industry standards

Location : Abu Dhabi

Education: Degree/Diploma with Minimum 1-2 years of experience in similar role
