We're currently looking for a Junior Mechanical Design Engineer to support our growing team.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Assist in the design and development of mechanical components, assemblies, and products.
• Create and revise detailed 2D and 3D models using CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Creo).
• Support prototype development, testing, and validation activities.
• Conduct basic engineering calculations (stress, load, tolerance analysis, etc.).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, electrical, and quality engineers.
• Prepare engineering documentation including BOMs, drawings, and specifications.
• Participate in design reviews and implement design changes based on feedback.
• Ensure designs meet company standards, safety requirements, and industry regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks preferred; AutoCAD, Creo, or similar a plus).
• Basic understanding of mechanical design principles, GD&T, and manufacturing processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Internship or co-op experience in mechanical design or product development.
• Familiarity with FEA tools (ANSYS, SolidWorks Simulation) or other simulation software.
• Exposure to rapid prototyping and 3D printing technologies.
• Knowledge of materials and their applications in mechanical design.
