Mechanical Design Engineer

Purpose of the Role

Partner with business functions, to ensure effective articulation, identification, use of technology in a specified function to meet business objectives with a digital first mindset. The role will collaborate with global functional teams and other Digital/IT verticals to strategize, plan and deploy IT/digital initiatives in the function.

Knowledge : Wide Knowledge of IT Domain, along with in-depth understanding of functional and adjacent processes

• Interactions: Influence functional teams in technology decisions and drive a technology-driven mindset to address business needs ; influence IT COEs to build fit for purpose technology solutions for the function2. Aligning Interest: Prioritize & manage all IT initiatives within the functional domain, while collaborating with other internal Digital/ IT and PMO teams3. Team Size: Manage a team of 4-6 IT business partners particular to the functional domain4. Job Scope: Global business partnering for a function5.
