Design Engineer Profile- Electrical/Mechanical- LV & MV Products

Mandatory skills:
Hands on Experience LV/MV Electrical Panels,LT / HT Panels,SAP / other ERP.
Knowledge of latest IEC / IS standards,EPLAN/ PC Schematic/ Autocad
AutoCad/ Solidworks/ Catia,Excel sheets etc.

❖ Role Document
❖ Design of Electrical/Mechanical Panel Design for LT / HT Panels using Electrical Cad Software.
❖ Liaising with Sales team & Customers to formulate objectives and understand requirements
❖ Estimating costs of LT & MV Panels as per customer requirement.
❖ Monitor Design version & Revisions.
❖ Determine the amount of necessary resources (Man Hours & Technical Details etc.)
❖ Design of Products as latest per IEC / IS standards.
❖ Knowledge about New Product development & Life Cycle management.
❖ Design to be made with Health & safety precautions.
❖ Involve in New Vendor creation & Old Vendor Evaluation.
❖ Monthly & Weekly Reports & reports to upper management for number of Drawings completed (No. of Sheets) as per target given.
❖ Knowledge of using SAP/ERP.
❖ Experience & Knowledge
❖ Minimum 2 years of experience in Design in design related to LV & MV Electrical/MechanicalPanels.
❖ Should have good working knowledge of GA/IGA/SLD preparation as per IS/IEC standards.
❖ Should have been involved in New Product development & life cycle management.
❖ Candidates with design knowledge of Electrical/Mechanical Panel, Automation Solution are must.
❖ Experience in using SAP / other ERP.
❖ Knowledge of latest IEC / IS standards and required Calculations.
❖ Candidates familiar with Electrical/Automation products of ABB /SIEMENS /SCHNEIDER/MITSUBISHI will be preferred.
❖ Should know scheduling of work .
❖ Complete Electrical Design & Costing knowledge.
❖ Should have working Knowledge of EPLAN/ PC Schematic/ Autocad for preparation of Drawing &making Database.
❖ Minimum Qualification required is Diploma/ Btech in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering .❖ Skill
➢ Excellent design skills and a keen eye for detail.
➢ Very good in Electrical design & Calculations.
➢ Should have good command Engineering software like EPLAN/ PC Schematic, Excelsheets etc.
➢ Should be able to take care of revision as per customers / Clients.
➢ Excellent problem-solving skills.
