The uniqueness of our work is based on the integration between engineering and mechanical design; Our team is able to follow every phase of development of a mechanical project, from preliminary studies, to workshop drawings, up to documentation related to new products.

POSITION:

We are looking for a Mechanical Design Engineer to join our R&D team to develop traditional & fully automatic machines and improve the existing ones.

The ideal candidate is the one with a positive attitude towards learning. At Mekex, we don't believe in hiring the best knowledge candidate but instead a person with good positive attitude to learn and grow.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Develop and create detailed mechanical designs using CAD software, including SolidWorks.
• Collaborate with engineers and project managers to define project requirements and specifications.
• Utilize MATLAB for simulation, analysis, and testing of mechanical systems.
• Create and maintain detailed engineering drawings and materials specifications;
• Utilize tolerance stack-up analysis standards to analyze and refine designs;
• Maintain documentation of design processes, changes, and specifications for future reference.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in mechanical engineering technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks and inventor) for mechanical design.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to apply principles of system design effectively.
• Fluency in English.
• Strong team player with critical thinking and a “Can do” attitude;
• Good coordination and planning skills.
