Mechanical Draftsman

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed shop drawings for HVAC and Plumbing systems based on IFC/Tender drawings.

Develop MEP coordination drawings, ensuring clash-free designs between services.

Prepare builder's work drawings in coordination with site and design teams.

* Coordinate MEP layouts with Architectural, Interior Design, and Structural Drawings.

* Assist engineers in incorporating design changes and authority requirements into drawings.

* Ensure all drawings comply with project standards, specifications, and authority regulations.

* Maintain drawing files, revisions, and document control for all projects.

Requirements:

* Diploma in Mechanical or other relevant field.

* 5-10 years of drafting experience in MEP Contracting companies.

* Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and ability to produce accurate shop and coordination drawings. Revit knowledge is a plus

* Experience in preparing MEP coordination drawings with other MEP (Electrical, ELV,

Fire Fighting) services and Arch/ID/Structural drawings.

* Understanding of HVAC and Plumbing systems, layouts, and building services.

* Good communication skills and ability to work in a fast paced team-oriented environment.
