Job Summary

Universal BIM & CAD Technical Solutions LLC is looking for a skilled Mechanical Draftsman with 4–5 years of UAE experience to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in preparing detailed mechanical drawings for HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems in construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed mechanical drawings, shop drawings, and layouts for HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems using AutoCAD.
• Develop construction drawings, coordination drawings, and as-built drawings as per project requirements.
• Review and interpret mechanical design drawings and project specifications.
• Coordinate with engineers, BIM modelers, and other disciplines to ensure accuracy and proper system integration.
• Update drawings based on design revisions, site conditions, and client requirements.
• Ensure drawings comply with UAE authority standards and project specifications.
• Maintain proper documentation, drawing revisions, and version control.
• Assist in preparing submission drawings, tender drawings, and installation details.

Requirements

• 4–5 years of UAE experience as a Mechanical Draftsman.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (knowledge of Revit MEP is an advantage).
• Experience in drafting HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems.
• Good understanding of MEP drawings, mechanical systems, and construction detailing.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical layouts, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under project deadlines.
• Must be currently located in the UAE and available for immediate joining.
