Role overview

We are seeking a qualified Structural / MEP Engineer to oversee the design, coordination, and execution of structural and MEP systems in residential and commercial real estate projects. The candidate will work closely with architects, project managers, and contractors to ensure structural integrity, safety, and compliance with Dubai building codes.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, review, and approve structural or MEP designs, drawings, and calculations.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and consultants to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
• Conduct site inspections and supervise installations to maintain safety and quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with Dubai building codes, regulations, and project specifications.
• Support project teams in technical problem-solving and design optimization.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Structural or MEP Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in structural or MEP engineering with another developer.
• Proficient in relevant engineering software.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai Municipality codes, local authority approvals, and international engineering standards.
• Experience in design review, coordination, site supervision, and technical problem-solving.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with architects, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
