Position: MEP BIM Modeler

Academic Qualification: Bachelor's in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering (B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in relevant field)

Experience Required: Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in MEP modeling using Revit

Skills Needed:

- Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.

- Knowledge of BIM standards, protocols, and workflows.

- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.

- Strong understanding of MEP systems and construction documentation.

- Excellent coordination and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

- Produce coordinated, clash-free MEP models and drawings in compliance with project requirements and industry standards.

- Prepare detailed drawings, schedules, and documentation following project specifications.

- Implement and maintain BIM execution plans, modeling protocols, and project documentation to ensure consistency and compliance across all project stages.

- Identify and resolve design and coordination issues within the BIM environment to maintain the model integrity and accuracy.

- Ensure adherence to project timelines and standards for model quality and documentation.

Job Description:

Creating and maintaining high-quality, clash-free MEP BIM models using Revit and Navisworks, with accurate modeling of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.

The work includes producing detailed drawings, schedules, and project documentation while implementing BIM execution plans and modeling protocols according to project and industry standards.

It also involves reviewing models for design compliance, resolving coordination issues, and maintaining precision so that all MEP models remain clash-free and fully aligned with project requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
