Position: Mechanical Engineer

Location: 110,1st Floor, Sagar Ratan Industrial Estate, Turbhe Naka,
Navi Mumbai - 400705

Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

1. Process Optimization:

• Analyze current production processes to identify areas for improvement in efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Implement and oversee process optimization initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste.

2. Quality Assurance:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and maintain quality standards for production.
• Conduct regular quality audits and implement corrective actions to ensure product specifications are met.

3. Technology Integration:

• Evaluate and recommend new technologies and equipment to enhance production capabilities.
• Implement and oversee the integration of advanced technologies to streamline operations and improve overall efficiency.

4. Production Planning:

• Work closely with the production planning team to develop schedules that optimize resources and meet production targets.
• Monitor and adjust production plans to accommodate changes in demand or unforeseen issues.

5. Safety Compliance:

• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and guidelines in the production environment.
• Implement and promote safety protocols to create a secure working environment for all employees.

6. Team Collaboration:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, maintenance, and quality assurance, to address production challenges and ensure seamless operations.
• Provide technical support and training to production staff as needed.

7. Data Analysis:

• Collect and analyze production data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas of concern.
• Generate reports to communicate key performance indicators and progress to management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in [Engineering discipline or related field].
• Proven experience in production engineering or a related role within the [industry/sector].
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent project management abilities.
• Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with CAD software and other relevant engineering tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
