Own the end-to-end sales and delivery cycle for mechanical/industrial scopes: create opportunities, conduct site visits/surveys, prepare proposals/BOQs, and execute projects to safe, timely, and profitable completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development: Prospect and qualify leads, build client relationships, and maintain a healthy pipeline (meetings, demos, site visits).
- Site Visits & Technical Scoping: Conduct surveys, capture requirements, prepare method statements, and advise feasible solutions.
- Proposals/BOQs: Prepare technical‐commercial offers, drawings/mark-ups (as needed), cost build-ups, and pricing with target margins.
- Order to Execution: Plan resources, coordinate suppliers/subcontractors, arrange logistics, and mobilize teams/equipment.
- Project Execution: Supervise execution to scope, quality, and HSE standards; manage variations, testing/commissioning, and handover.
- Documentation & Billing: Maintain project files, prepare submittals, work completion certificates, invoices, and support collections.
- Reporting: Update CRM/trackers (pipeline, quotes, POs, progress, OTIF), provide weekly reports and forecasts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).
- 2–5 years UAE experience in a sales/project role (MEP, industrial, O&G, utilities, or facilities projects).
- Strong skills in BOQ take-off, proposals, cost analysis, and basic project management.
- Working knowledge of standards/HSE practices; ability to read drawings.
- Proficient in MS Excel/Word/PowerPoint; CRM familiarity is a plus.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
- UAE Driving License preferred.
- Languages: English required; Arabic/Hindi/Urdu/Malayalam are advantages.
