Intergrande Building Contracting was established in 2021 with the vision of becoming the premier construction service provider in the United Arab Emirates. Intergrande Real Estate Developments was established with the goal of executing projects that exemplify exceptional precision and meticulous attention to detail. We currently have several ongoing villa development projects in Nad Al Sheba Gardens Phase 1, in addition to villa’s and apartment buildings in Jebel Ali Hills, as well as labor accommodation in Al Warsan 2. We are actively preparing to initiate construction on these projects while simultaneously seeking high-potential opportunities for future development.

About The Job

• Design and Drafting: Creating plans for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems and designing solutions for existing problems.
• Inspection: Conducting regular inspections and checks of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems and ensuring all building code requirements are met.
• Installation: Assisting or overseeing the installation of equipment and systems.
• Maintenance: Performing regular maintenance to ensure optimal functioning of equipment.
• Regulations: Staying abreast of new regulations and ensuring all systems comply.
• Collaboration: Collaborating with architects, contractors, and other professionals in the building industry.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
