Mechanical Engineer

We are seeking a qualified HVAC Engineer to join our consultancy team in Dubai. The role involves design development, authority submissions, and site supervision for high-value projects across residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review HVAC system designs, load calculations, and equipment selections (HAP, Carrier E20, etc.)
• Develop tender drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications in compliance with ASHRAE, SMACNA, and Dubai authority standards
• Coordinate with architects, structural, and other MEP disciplines to ensure integrated design solutions
• Liaise with Dubai Municipality, DDA, JAFZA, Trakhees CED, DEWA, DCD and other authorities for design approvals and inspections
• Supervise site execution, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards
• Review material submittals, shop drawings, and method statements
• Support project managers in variation assessments, progress reporting, and client communication

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• 5–8 years’ experience in HVAC design and MEP supervision (UAE / GCC experience preferred)
• Strong knowledge of ASHRAE, SMACNA, and Dubai authority regulations
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, HAP, and MS Office
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Available to join immediately or within short notice
