Mechanical Engineer

We are seeking a highly motivated Mechanical Engineer with 5 years of professional experience in the engineering field and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, analyzing, and implementing mechanical systems while ensuring compliance with industry standards and project requirements. .

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensuring works are carried out on site in accordance with the approved shop drawings and approved coordination layouts.
• Daily allocation of site supervisors and manpower as per bi-weekly plans and directions from the Project Engineer in compliance with the overall project program of works.
• Ensuring sufficiency of materials on site for at least two full weeks to avoid having idle manpower.
• Preparation of material requisitions in accordance with approved shop drawings and material technical submittals.
• Aiding HSE officers in the preparation of Method Statements and implementing safe working practices on site.
• Adhering to Quality Control Policies and ensuring all received materials and works done on site are inspected by the Consultant and approved.
• Submission of daily reports including allocation of resources, daily targets and actual achievements.
• Ensuring value for money by increasing workers productivity and eliminating materials waste.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.
• At least 5 years of experience as a site engineer.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
• Proven track record of delivering large, complex MEP projects on time and within budget.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED7,000.00 per month
