Mechanical Engineer

Job Purpose

The Mechanical Engineer is responsible for designing, supervising, and maintaining mechanical systems and equipment. The role ensures efficient project execution, reliability of operations, and compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, plan, and oversee the installation, operation, and maintenance of mechanical systems and equipment.
• Prepare technical drawings, specifications, and cost estimates for mechanical works.
• Conduct feasibility studies and provide technical solutions for new systems or modifications.
• Supervise technicians and contractors during installation and maintenance works.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in mechanical systems, including

HVAC, piping, pumps, and machinery.

• international codes, standards, and safety regulations.
• Carry out inspections, testing, and commissioning of mechanical systems.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).
• Professional certifications (e.g.,

ASME, HVAC, PMP) preferred.

• Minimum 2years of relevant experience in [industry-construction, MEP, manufacturing, oil & gas. etc.].
• Strong knowledge of HVAC. piping. firefighting. plumbing, and mechanical systems.
• Proficiency in engineering software (AutoCAD, Revit. HAP. Ensure compliance with
• Maintain accurate technical reports, documentation, and records.
• Collaborate with other engineering disciplines and departments for smooth project execution.
• Support energy efficiency initiatives and recommend improvements for mechanical

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
