Job Summary:
The Mechanical Engineer will be responsible for supporting technical office activities, including design review, preparation and review of shop drawings, material submittals, and engineering calculations. The role requires close coordination with project teams to ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and client requirements.
Mandatory Requirements & Qualification (Non-Negotiable):
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
Experience:
- 8–10 years of experience in Technical Office and engineering works
Technical Skills:
- Design review and coordination
- Shop drawing preparation and review
- Material submittal preparation and follow-up
- Engineering calculations
- Knowledge of MEP systems and construction practices
- Proficiency in relevant engineering software
Mandatory Criteria:
- Proven Technical Office experience
- Experience in engineering and MEP projects
- Available to join ASAP or within a short notice period
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and coordinate mechanical designs and project specifications
- Prepare and review shop drawings and technical submissions
- Prepare and track material submittals for project approval
- Perform engineering calculations and technical evaluations
- Coordinate with consultants, clients, and project teams
- Ensure compliance with project requirements and engineering standards
Project Details:
- Work Location: Doha,Qatar
- Working Days: 6 Days per Week
- Working Hours: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM (subject to project requirements)
- Duration: Long-Term (Minimum 1 Year+)
