Mechanical Engineer-Emirati National

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Emirati National Mechanical Engineer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for applying principles of mechanics, thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, and materials science for the design, analysis, manufacturing, and maintenance of mechanical systems. This role requires a strong understanding of engineering principles, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to contributing to national development projects. The engineer will work on various stages of product development, from conceptualization and design to testing and implementation, ensuring all projects meet high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

• Design and develop mechanical components and systems using CAD software and engineering principles.
• Perform detailed engineering calculations and simulations (e.g., FEA, CFD) to validate designs and predict performance.
• Conduct research and analysis to develop innovative solutions for complex engineering problems.
• Prepare technical specifications, reports, and documentation for projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including electrical engineers, manufacturing, and project management, to ensure seamless project execution.
• Oversee the installation, operation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical systems and equipment.
• Identify and implement improvements to existing products and processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, safety regulations, and quality control procedures.
• Participate in project planning, scheduling, and budgeting activities.
• Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and technicians.
• Contribute to the strategic growth and development of engineering capabilities within the organization, aligning with national objectives.
