Mechanical Engineer – Medical Device Manufacturing

We are hiring on behalf of our client, a medical device manufacturer in Karachi, for a Mechanical Engineer to ensure proper operation of machinery and support production activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure all production machinery works properly and is maintained
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues in production equipment
• Support installation and commissioning of new machinery
• Coordinate with maintenance and production teams for smooth operations
• Maintain maintenance logs and ensure compliance with DRAP regulations
• Assist in continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
• 1–3 years of experience in manufacturing or mechanical maintenance
• Knowledge of machine operation, mechanical troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance
• Ability to work in a regulated environment (DRAP standards)
• Strong problem-solving and coordination skills
