Salary: AED 5,000 – AED 10,000 per month

Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Engineer specializing in MEP systems (HVAC & Plumbing) to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing on-site MEP activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications, and delivering projects efficiently within timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC and plumbing systems
• Lead site execution and ensure work is completed as per approved drawings and standards
• Coordinate with civil, electrical, and project teams for seamless workflow
• Review technical drawings, specifications, and material submittals
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to deadlines
• Maintain quality control and ensure compliance with safety regulations
• Manage subcontractors, vendors, and site workforce effectively
• Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and documentation

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in HVAC and Plumbing works (UAE experience preferred)
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems, installation practices, and site coordination
• Familiarity with local authority regulations and international standards
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple site activities and meet deadlines

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in high-rise, commercial, or residential projects
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and MEP-related software
• Strong troubleshooting and team management abilities
